Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian-German actress on television and film famous for her performance in films like Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. The only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu, Alexandra began her professional career in the show business in the early years of her life. At the age of 16, she reached the age of 16, Alexandra had landed leading roles in several television dramas. The audience was impressed by her portrayal as a character in Der Tunnel. This paved the way to other memorable roles, including Adolf Hitler's secretary of state Traudl Junge. Additional Oscar nominated film starring the actress include The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex. Alexandra is known for her work in numerous noteworthy projects both domestically and internationally. These include British biographical films Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time as well as the French historic miniseries Napoleon as well as other miniseries.
